Wake up, Wake up!
The world is watching,
And waiting to see all that you can bring.

You can only bring so much,
The world is kind and understanding.

But alas- it is not enough,
The world is so cruel and unforgiving.

You changed the world,
And it saw you.

But the world does not care so much,
Even if you try your hardest to help.

To the world: you're nothing more than kelp,
Or a tree or some beast of another world.

But as for me: if that is all you can be-
Well my friend, that's good enough for me.
